about.
I am a choreographer who has been focusing on women's issues in recent years, especially the impact of patriarchy on women. Starting in 2022, I began researching the ecology of Taiwan's sex workers, gaining a deeper understanding of their lives through street observations, discussions with women's groups, and interviews with retired sex workers. In 2023, I published a work titled "Women of Wanhua" that revolves around the stories of Taiwan's sex workers.
My creative work focuses on life and emotions, emphasizing the expansion of perception and finding the kinetic energy and movement of the body through sensory experiences. I believe that creativity should not be divorced from humanity. Through empathy, I conduct research and self-exploration, addressing the challenges faced by society in my work and attempting to find solutions. I hope my work can have a healing and inspiring effect on the public.
